Notes: Felt my Chi running today. It was warm and almost drizzly out, beautiful! After a 10k I'd never think to run the next day but it felt like recovery and like the hug of a good friend.
Lotti threw up a lot in the night and I was so concerned. Today her tumor broke open and it seemed to have clear fluid with just light pink blood. At first I was worried about infection but I put Golden Salve on it and soon I noted that the tumor was significantly smaller and also seems to have closed to no open wound!
My reason for mentioning that in my running diary is he Chi. I feel Lotti with me when I run and she broke through the dead mass, opened container to free her chi.
Yesterday, while having a horrid race, tight everything ... But my focus felt there regardless and my Achilles tendons were great! Also ran through a time barrier. So I also broke container and freed Chi. My Achilles were great today too and while running I felt the ebb and flow of all life.
In terms of livelihood, what I do should support me but doing too much busy work in hopes of making something work is like creating a tumor. That broke today for me as well as for Lotti. Maybe God showed me with Lotti so that I'd listen....
By focusing on my passions instead of on ebooks, workshops, etc I will free up my time to photograph and run... In turn the prints will support me and allow continuous flow of chi. One comes in and the other flows out:)
